Professional Development for TRIO & Student Success Staff

Helping Staff Support Student Writing—Without Being Writing Instructors

TRIO and student success professionals are often expected to support student writing without formal training as writing tutors or instructors. Equity Ink’s staff-focused offerings are designed to build confidence, provide practical tools, and help staff integrate writing support into their existing roles—without increasing workload or requiring disciplinary expertise.

These sessions focus on how to support writing, not how to teach writing.
